I recently placed an order on this website. The package arrived quickly, but unfortunately one figure was missing. That was disappointing, but when I informed the store, they sent me the missing item the very next day at their own expense and even added a 1/35 zombie figure as a compensation gift.

So here’s my takeaway:
• Cons: they forgot to include one figure
• Pros: the customer service and overall attitude toward clients are excellent.
