Scale Model Set "Damaged Road Wheels" for Leopard 2 and PZH 2000, (14 pcs). SPALAH 37635
Historical Background
The Leopard 2 main battle tank and the PzH 2000 self-propelled howitzer are built on a unified tracked chassis, the running gear of which endures extreme loads under real combat conditions. During cross-country marches, mine blasts, and artillery shelling, the road wheels frequently sustain characteristic damage: torn rubber tires, deformed rims, chips, and battle impacts. Recreating these signs of wear and tear is essential for crafting realistic dioramas and models of armored vehicles that have seen active combat.
Model Information
The set from SPALAH in 1:35 scale includes 14 highly detailed replicas of road wheels featuring various types and degrees of combat damage. Thanks to 3D printing technology, it was possible to reproduce complex battle deformations, torn rubber tire edges, damaged metal textures, and fine mounting details that cannot be achieved through traditional plastic molding. The models are made of photopolymer resin, ensuring sharp edges and ease of painting and weathering. The set is supplied with supports for safe transportation.
Intended Use
This kit is perfectly suited for upgrading and converting 1:35 scale models of the Leopard 2 tank and PzH 2000 SPG from any manufacturer (Revell, Tamiya, etc.). Replacing pristine stock parts with high-precision damaged replicas from SPALAH significantly increases the narrative expression and overall detail, giving your model or diorama a professional exhibition-grade appearance.
